Policy and Shipping Information
Shipping

If we have an item in stock it will be placed in the mail to you within 1-2 business days after your payment is made. We ship via USPS Priority mail by default.  You can expect your package to arrive within 2-3 business days (for Priority service) after it has been shipped depending on where you reside. If you require overnight service please be sure to add the appropriate Shipping Upgrade option to your shopping cart. If you select overnight shipping you will receive your package the next day to most US locations. Express orders must be placed by 11am EST for next day service. All packages will originate from the 20774 zip code.

Stock & Backorder
· If an item is not listed as being in stock you still have the option to backorder it depending on the specific product. Please send us email if you have questions about shipping times and procedures for backordered items.

· Even if we do not explicitly list a hair color, texture, or length in our options, the chances are good that we can still get it for you. This just means that we do not specifically stock the item. In this case please send us email at info@senghorishells.com with your customized requirements and will give you a price and estimated shipping time (normally 2-3 weeks). We require a non refundable 20% deposit on special order items.

Refunds/Exchanges
· Due to the nature of the item we do not offer full refunds on any item that has been used.

· If you receive the wrong item and the fault is ours, we will gladly exchange for the proper item and refund your shipping cost plus 10% off your next order.

· If for whatever reason you are not pleased with our products and you have NOT used it, we will give either:

A) Give you a refund of the full amount minus a 10% restocking fee OR

B) Allow you to exchange for another product of equal value.

The refund/exchange will be processed only after the item has been shipped back to us in the same condition it was sent to you. In this case you will be responsible for all shipping charges. All exchanges of this type must be processed with in 3 days of you receiving the item.

· In the rare instance that you find out you are not happy only after you have used our products. Please contact us and explain your situation and we will do our best to come up with a solution that works best for both you and us.
